HOW TO USE:
Bamboo Tongue Scraper
•Place the scraper on the back of your tongue
•Gently Pull forward to the front of your tongue
•Do this several times as needed
•Rinse with water before and after each use
•Store on stand in a cool dry place
•Sanitize monthly with hydrogen peroxide or lemon water
Bamboo Toothbrush
•Place toothbrush head at the 45 degree angle towards the gum line area gently massage the outside and inside parts of the tooth along with the biting surfaces of the tooth.
•After each use, place your toothbrush upright in the holder or a cup to let the bamboo dry.
•Sanitize once a month by soaking the bristles in a cup of 1:2 hydrogen peroxide and water overnight.
•Replace every 3-4 months or if bristles become splayed.
